Synthetic Environment Simulation

We work with your organization to create a customized and highly realistic VR simulation of your actual operating environments. With appropriate references like photos, blueprints or 3D imaging, and our team can simulate any environment ranging from a typical office environment to the control room of a nuclear reactor with complete fidelity.

Training Workshops

Our technicians can conduct an on-site training workshop where we can train individuals and teams on operations within simulated environments using standard VR headsets and other simulation mechanisms. The delivery of these workshops is scalable and can be provided to a single individual or team preparing for a high-risk task, or a broader employee group conducting required annual safety training.

Evaluations and Lessons Learned

Following our engagements we can provide detailed evaluations of training programs including lessons learned and corrective action plans, allowing clients to build their resilience and operational readiness through an system of continuous improvement.

Our Process

Kaseido uses a proven consulting engagement to design bespoke solutions for our clients. This engagement consists of four phases:

Initial Engagement and Discovery

We work with clients to develop a needs assessment
based upon their requirements, including familiarization with their operations and risks, as well as their legal and regulatory requirements. We then build a project plan outlining how we can achieve your goals and reduce risks and operating costs.

Development

Upon completion of Phase 1, Kaseido will conduct a work period of developing the highly realistic and customized VR solution based upon client needs. This phase will consist of numerous touch points with clients to ensure that the project remains aligned with their vision.

Delivery and Deployment

Once the VR environment is complete, Kaseido will conduct a client engagement to deliver the solution, and provide any final customization. Our team then integrates with the client organization to deliver a holistic train-the-trainer program.

Continuous Improvement

Following delivery of the project, Kaseido will remain in contact with the client through regular touch points to continue ensuring the project is meeting the client’s goals, and to provide ongoing support, expertise, or evolving service as needed.
