Our Story
​For years, working in nuclear energy, oil & gas, and emergency preparedness, we experienced first-hand how traditional training in high-hazard industries was inadequate. Too often it was expensive, disconnected from reality, and failed to prepare people for the moment when everything truly mattered.
In environments where the consequences of failure are unacceptable, “good enough” training simply isn’t good enough.

That realization drove us to create Kaseido - a company dedicated to transforming how high-risk industries train their people.
